Terms & Conditions

Payment to be made to "OM RESIDENCY."
Booking advance - 10% or 3 days rent whichever is lower.
Reservation confirmation can be made only through email.
Phone booking will be used only to block the dates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 72 Hours to check in, no charges.
Cancellation within 48 Hours, 25% of the Room rent will be charged.
Cancellation within 24 Hours, 50% of the Room rent will be charged.
Cancellation less than 24 Hours, 1 day Room rent will be charged.
The bills for food will be settled directly with the Guests.
